DISPATCH & DELIVERY

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation call or WhatsApp message to verify your address before dispatch.

Delivery Timeline: We deliver nationwide across Pakistan.

• Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Multan): 2-3 Working Days.

• Other Cities: 3-5 Working Days.

Shipping Partners: We use premium courier services (Trax/Leopards/TCS) to ensure your package arrives safely.

Cash on Delivery (COD): We offer full Cash on Delivery service. Please ensure the exact amount is available for the rider. COD is subject to stock levels and is secondary in terms of processing. Bank Payments will always be given priority.

Damaged Parcels: If the parcel appears visibly damaged or leaked upon arrival, please do not accept it. Return it to the rider immediately and contact us.
