We understand that buying perfume online can be difficult. That is why every bottle of MAFIOSO comes with a complimentary 1ml Tester Vial attached to the outside of the package.

How It Works:

  1. Open the shipping flyer.

  2. STOP. Do not break the wax seal on the main black box yet.

  3. Test the scent using the attached small vial.

  4. If you love it: Break the seal and enjoy the Private Reserve.

  5. If you don't: Keep the main box sealed and unopened. Contact us within 48 hours to arrange a return.

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns are ONLY accepted if the main product box remains sealed with the wax stamp intact.

  • Opened or sprayed full bottles cannot be returned due to hygiene and luxury standards.

Return Process:

  1. WhatsApp us at [Your Number] with your Order ID.

  2. Courier the sealed box back to our address (Customer covers return shipping).

  3. Once we inspect the seal, we will refund the full product price via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa within 24 hours.
